Terms of Service
Before using PayCore, please understand the boundaries of payment gateway, checkout page, API, notification, and admin-console usage. These terms clarify the responsibilities of PayCore, merchants, and users.
1. Service role
PayCore provides technical services such as payment gateway access, payment creation, checkout pages, status synchronization, transaction notifications, Webhook retry, and admin management. PayCore is not the seller, supplier, or performer of merchant products or services.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using PayCore websites, checkout pages, APIs, admin console, or related services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using PayCore services.
3. Merchant responsibility
Merchants are responsible for product content, service delivery, pricing, taxes, invoices, refunds, cancellations, customer complaints, consumer disputes, and legal compliance. PayCore provides payment technology and record support only and does not assume merchant fulfillment obligations.
4. API and credential security
Merchants must protect API Keys, Secrets, Webhook Secrets, admin credentials, and related credentials. Any request made with valid credentials may be treated by PayCore as an authorized merchant action.
5. Prohibited use
PayCore must not be used for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized transactions, attacks, scanning, bypassing verification, service interference, excessive requests, infringement, or any violation of law or payment provider rules.
6. Transaction status and notifications
PayCore strives to maintain reliable payment status, Callback, Webhook, and payok_url notifications, but network issues, third-party services, or merchant system failures may cause delays or failures. Merchants should use query APIs or admin records for final confirmation.
7. Changes and maintenance
PayCore may adjust, suspend, or maintain parts of the service for security, stability, compliance, payment provider requirements, or functional improvements. Individual notice may not always be provided.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, PayCore is not liable beyond the scope of the service itself for indirect loss, goodwill loss, data loss, business interruption, third-party service failures, merchant configuration errors, or unauthorized use.
9. Updates
PayCore may update these terms due to operational, security, legal, or service changes. Continued use after publication of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
